Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate resilience frameworks
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University to pioneer next-gen innovation methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, human augmentation, and ethical AI
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio funding breakthrough ventures in quantum biology and neurotech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and technology adoption curves
- Published author or keynote speaker at global forums like TED or World Economic Forum
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of 5+ futuristic initiatives
- Proficiency in Foresight Pro software and Python for trend modeling
- Security clearance preferred for defense-related innovation projects
