- Produce trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals

- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
- Represent company at global innovation summits and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology)
- Proven experience translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Deep network with global innovation labs and academic institutions
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ products/services shaped by strategic foresight
- Certification in scenario planning or futures methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
