- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to build adaptive business strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and trend synthesis
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs for trend validation
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums (Davos, CES, Web Summit) as a futurism authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging technologies (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP-V, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite executives across multiple industries
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts into executable strategies
