- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical analysis
- Present strategic recommendations at executive summits and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in AI ethics, circular economy, or neurotech convergence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Fluency in foresight frameworks (horizon scanning, Delphi, STEEP)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
