Responsibilities

- Produce scenario-based forecasts and risk assessments for emerging technologies
- Present compelling narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership teams
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with innovation labs and research institutions
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and future literacy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
