- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to stress-test organizational resilience
- Produce foresight frameworks and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership at global innovation forums
- Integrate AI-driven predictive analytics into strategic foresight methodologies
- Represent the firm at Davos and similar high-impact future-focused summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI trajectories)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and media presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight frameworks or thought leadership pieces
