- Forecast technological and societal trends through 2026 using horizon scanning and scenario modeling
- Develop adaptive strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops translating foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on exponential technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-proof innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodology development
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented impact
- Expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in industry publications
- Experience with agile strategic planning methodologies
