- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and innovation priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive models for C-suite decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure organizational future-readiness and innovation velocity
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology convergence mapping
- Proven track record developing actionable futures strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation domains
- Certification in futures research methodologies (e.g., CFCS, FPFS) strongly preferred
