Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) and socio-economic shifts
- Author white papers and trend reports published in industry journals
- Design resilience strategies for clients facing technological disruption
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
- Present findings to investor boards and C-suite leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
