Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to align long-term innovation roadmaps with organizational goals
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
