- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks incorporating AI, biotech, and climate technology trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives to navigate disruptive market shifts
- Produce annual Future State reports with data-driven innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Build and manage an external futurist network for trend intelligence sharing
- Drive organizational change management for future-ready workforce transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business value
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
