- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify paradigm-shifting trends
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI implementation in 2026 use cases
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Collaborate with venture capital arm to evaluate emerging startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
