- Produce annual 'Future State' reports predicting market shifts and disruption vectors
- Design and implement innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams on patent development for breakthrough solutions
- Present foresight findings at global forums including Davos and CES
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in predictive modeling, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
- Published thought leadership in futurism (whitepapers/books/articles)
- Proficiency in futures simulation tools (e.g., Kumu, Glimpse, Trendalyzer)
- Experience advising C-level executives on exponential technology adoption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
