Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks, scanning horizon signals across AI, biotech, quantum, and climate domains
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenario' teams to model disruption pathways and build adaptive strategies
- Interface with global policymakers and industry consortia to shape ethical AI governance frameworks
- Author '2026 Innovation Playbooks' for Fortune 100 clients on emerging tech adoption
- Architect 'Resilience Blueprints' for organizations facing exponential change
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Anticipatory Intelligence' program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership with proven 2025+ tech impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio of implemented future-strategies with measurable market disruption
- Credibility speaking at Davos, TED, or equivalent high-impact forums
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Palisade, Trendalyzer) and computational modeling
- Deep understanding of AGI safety protocols and existential risk mitigation
- Experience advising C-suite on paradigm shifts in at least two sectors
