Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for AI, biotech, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype emerging technologies
- Advose executive leadership on disruptive market opportunities and risks
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global research consortia
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capability in strategic foresight
- Quantify ROI of future-focused initiatives through scenario modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable systems
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in futurism or technology journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technological disruption
