- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports identifying disruptive forces across 15+ industries
- Design human-machine collaboration protocols for next-gen workforce ecosystems
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI integration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor consortiums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and second-order consequence modeling
- Published thought leadership in futures research or technology ethics (peer-reviewed journals)
- Advanced certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from University of Houston or Singularity University)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology Assessment, or related field
