Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Vision roadmap through scenario planning, trend forecasting, and market analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption horizons
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI implementation and human-centered technology design
- Present future-oriented narratives to C-suite executives and board members driving $500M+ strategic decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-gen innovation methodologies
- Mentor a global team of futurists and innovation specialists in horizon scanning and strategic foresight
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts to anticipate their impact on technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or future-of-work implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or enterprise strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
