Responsibilities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on 2026-2030 technological and societal shifts
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven analytics and quantitative forecasting
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, economists, and domain experts
- Advolve executive stakeholders on emerging risks and opportunities in quantum computing and bio-automation
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Represent the firm at policy summits and regulatory dialogues
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise strategy through foresight methodologies
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience with advanced data visualization and predictive modeling platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive and academic audiences
- Security clearance or ability to obtain US government clearance preferred
