Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing domains
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Strong portfolio of shipped products with 7+ years lifecycle
- Fluency in Python, C++, and cloud-native architectures
- Global speaking experience at Web Summit or CES
