Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for tech adoption in urban sustainability
- Architect scalable systems for autonomous infrastructure networks
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with design, engineering, and business teams
- Secure patents and publish research in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior futurists and tech specialists
- Present findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in futurism or strategic innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products
- Expertise in systems architecture and emerging tech stacks
- Published research in AI ethics or sustainable tech
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/DF)
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for innovation projects
