Responsibilities
- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows capable of complex multi-step reasoning and autonomous tool usage.
- Optimize transformer models for high-throughput inference on edge devices using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Develop and evaluate novel prompt engineering strategies to improve model alignment and safety in dynamic environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Contribute to the open-source community by releasing benchmarks and datasets for the next generation of AI models.
- Research and prototype integration of Quantum Neural Networks with classical deep learning architectures.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models.
- Experience deploying large-scale models on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and responsible AI governance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
