Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI systems resistant to quantum decryption
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Secure $2M+ in government/private research grants for 2026 technology roadmaps
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Prototype quantum-secure communication protocols for enterprise clients
- Present findings at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Published research in AI security or quantum-resistant cryptography
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch with 100+ model deployments
- Experience securing $1M+ research grants
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 quantum roadmap
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
