Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and launching breakthrough products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Translate market insights into actionable innovation strategies with measurable ROI
- Manage the end-to-end innovation pipeline from ideation to market validation
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks and future-state scenarios to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or future-tech roles
- Proven track record launching disruptive products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for executive storytelling and stakeholder alignment
- Experience managing innovation budgets and P&L for R&D initiatives
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
