Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of models in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end machine learning projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
