Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum algorithms for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to optimize qubit coherence and error correction protocols.
- Lead a team of top-tier engineers in developing transition strategies to post-quantum cryptography standards.
- Define the technical roadmap and product vision for the company's 2026 product release cycle.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and scientific rigor.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum systems in cloud environments (AWS Braket, Google Cloud).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#.
- Proven track record in high-performance computing and the integration of machine learning with quantum systems.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems.
- Excellent leadership experience in R&D environments and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
