Responsibilities
- Architect High-Performance Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant software architectures capable of handling quantum-level computational loads.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the development of proprietary algorithms and libraries designed for next-gen data processing.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure to ensure zero-latency user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UX designers to translate complex quantum concepts into intuitive user interfaces.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with deep experience in cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Quantum Knowledge: Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) and a strong understanding of quantum mechanics principles.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, novel engineering challenges.
