- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page link building.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and product descriptions for maximum search visibility and user engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and proprietary tools to report on traffic growth, rankings, and ROI.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure our strategies remain robust and competitive.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings for mid-to-large scale websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Shopify).
