Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to increase organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Technical SEO: Conduct deep-dive technical audits to identify and fix crawl errors, site speed issues, and schema markup problems.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to develop keyword-rich, high-value content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
- Link Building: Execute a white-hat link building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks and establish domain authority.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, including a mix of technical and content optimization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic Python/SQL for data manipulation.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical SEO concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
