We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our growing team at Apex Digital Solutions. Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Technical SEO: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, crawlability, indexability, and mobile-friendliness.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to optimize web content, headlines, and meta tags for target keywords and user intent.
- Link Building: Execute high-quality off-page SEO strategies, including outreach and relationship building, to acquire authoritative backlinks.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
- Algorithm Updates: Stay abreast of the latest Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrated track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Analytics: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other web analytics platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex SEO issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
