In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between technical website optimization and human capital management. You will utilize your SEO expertise to boost our online presence while leveraging your recruiting skills to source and place top-tier developers and marketers.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth technical SEO audits and fix critical site issues to improve crawlability and indexation.
- Develop and execute keyword research strategies to target high-value search terms and drive organic traffic.
- Spearhead the end-to-end technical recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to report on traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure site speed and mobile responsiveness meet Google's Core Web Vitals.
- Manage and optimize meta tags, descriptions, and schema markup across the company's digital properties.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to keep our strategies cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and technical recruiting.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Google Search Console.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment pipelines and employer branding.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
