Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive site audits using tools like Screaming Frog and Ahrefs to identify crawl errors, canonicalization issues, and indexation problems.
- Site Architecture: Optimize site structure and internal linking hierarchies to maximize keyword cannibalization control and distribute link equity effectively.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content creators to develop data-driven content calendars that target high-value keywords and address user intent.
- Link Building: Design and execute a white-hat link-building campaign to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing monthly strategic reports to executive leadership.
- Site Speed Optimization: Collaborate with developers to improve Core Web Vitals and page load speeds to reduce bounce rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in Technical SEO, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript basics; experience with SQL for data querying is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically about user experience and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
