What You'll Do
As a Senior Engineer, you will drive technical excellence across our product suite. Your responsibilities will include:

- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend and frontend systems capable of handling millions of requests with zero downtime.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the engineering team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Optimize Performance & SEO: Spearhead initiatives to improve Core Web Vitals, ensuring our applications are lightning-fast and search-engine optimized for maximum visibility.
- Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews, technical interviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-centric technical solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., AI integration, WebAssembly) and propose solutions to integrate them into our stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or lead engineer capacity.
- Core Stack: Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
- SEO Expertise: Demonstrated experience in implementing SEO best practices within modern web applications.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
