Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Version 2.0 core modules, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and SOLID principles.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure sub-second response times under high load.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go, and experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.
- Infrastructure: Deep understanding of cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
