Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological milestones and deliverables for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Assess and implement emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and advanced data analytics, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Executive Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with broader business goals and market opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in across all departments.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Oversee the internal innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity frameworks, and digital transformation strategies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
