Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist senior engineers and developers in executing complex technical tasks and software development cycles.
- Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate actionable insights for the marketing and sales teams.
- Client Relations: Support the customer success team by managing communications and resolving client inquiries.
- Content Creation: Draft blog posts, social media updates, and press releases to enhance our brand presence.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of inefficiency in current workflows and propose innovative solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and cross-functional meetings to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software or basic coding is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual capable of working both independently and within a team setting.
- Availability: Ability to commit to 20-30 hours per week during the Summer/Fall semester.
- Location: Must reside in or willing to commute to Milwaukee, WI.
