Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Strategy: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI Core, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- System Design: Design high-availability, distributed systems that can handle massive throughput and complex machine learning workloads.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and optimize cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes, focusing on cost-efficiency and performance.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards (GDPR, SOC2) for data handling.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Tuning: Continuously monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a high-scale tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML Infrastructure: Experience designing infrastructure for Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and data pipelines.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
