Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and analyze search trends to optimize content performance.
- Assist in writing and editing blog posts, social media copy, and website content.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to community inquiries.
- Support the design team by gathering creative assets and organizing project folders.
- Analyze website traffic data using Google Analytics to report on campaign success.
- Assist in organizing and attending local networking events in the Memphis area.
- Perform basic administrative tasks to keep the marketing department organized.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field).
- Strong interest in SEO, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic understanding of web design principles is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Memphis office.
