In this role, you will work directly with senior strategists to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. You will be compensated competitively and can earn valuable college credit towards your degree.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
- Assist in on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, header structure, and alt text.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Support the content team in creating SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages.
- Conduct basic technical SEO audits to identify site health issues.
- Collaborate on link-building campaigns and outreach initiatives.
- Track project progress and report findings to the marketing manager.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Marketing, Communications, or related field).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and HTML/CSS.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work 10-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
