Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize web content for search engines.
- Assist in on-page SEO improvements, meta tag optimization, and technical website audits.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
- Support off-page SEO efforts, including directory submissions and outreach campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and present findings to the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, Local SEO).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work full-time hours (20-30 hours per week) for the duration of the internship.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
