Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Optimize on-page content, including title tags, meta descriptions, and headers, to improve organic rankings.
- Assist in technical SEO audits, identifying crawl errors and site speed issues.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, preparing weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly blog posts and landing pages.
- Research and build relationships with high-quality backlink opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and search engine algorithms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, on-site in San Francisco.
