As an intern, you will work directly with senior leadership to optimize our talent acquisition pipeline and enhance our online visibility across the US market.
Responsibilities
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize internal job boards and website content to improve search engine rankings.
- Talent Sourcing: Assist in identifying and screening top-tier candidates for roles in Ohio and California markets.
- Candidate Management: Manage the recruitment pipeline using ATS software, including scheduling interviews and sending follow-up communications.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor recruitment strategies and SEO trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Content Creation: Help draft engaging job descriptions and blog posts that attract local talent.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Experience: Basic understanding of Human Resources or Marketing principles.
- Skills: Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, or social media platforms is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a 12-16 week internship program for college credit.
- Location: Must be based in Sacramento, CA, or willing to work from our office.
