Responsibilities
- Code & Develop: Assist in the design, coding, and testing of software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Debug & Optimize: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Documentation: Write clear, concise technical documentation and comments to maintain codebase integrity.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure team alignment and quality standards.
- Research: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions to team challenges.
- Support: Provide technical support for internal tools and applications during peak operational hours.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Programming: Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Academic Standing: A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and basic understanding of database structures (SQL).
