Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Write unit/integration tests and optimize database queries (PostgreSQL)
- Implement responsive UI components with React and TypeScript
- Participate in agile sprints using Jira and Confluence
- Debug production issues and deploy code via CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API design
- Document code and technical specifications
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Computer Science or related degree (Sophomore/Junior/Senior)
- Experience with Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with SQL databases and REST APIs
- Basic knowledge of Git and Linux command line
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Availability for 20-40 hours/week through Fall 2023
