Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work alongside senior engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Code: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Debug: Identify, analyze, and resolve software defects and bugs in existing applications.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation and user guides to support project delivery and knowledge transfer.
- Meetings: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and design reviews to stay aligned with team goals.
- Learning: Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry best practices, and agile methodologies.
- Testing: Assist in unit testing and quality assurance processes to ensure software stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Credit: Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of programming fundamentals and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Integrated Development Environments (VS Code, IntelliJ).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts.
- Availability: Able to commit to 15-20 hours per week during the semester.
