Responsibilities
- Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test high-quality software applications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects and performance issues in a production environment.
- Agile Process: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools to propose innovative solutions for business challenges.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation, user guides, and API documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Web Technologies: Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Django) is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Work Ethic: A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for continuous learning.
- GPA: A minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
