Responsibilities
- Develop and test RESTful APIs using Python and Java
- Build responsive web applications with React and Node.js
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning ceremonies
- Contribute to AWS cloud infrastructure deployments
- Debug and optimize existing codebase using Git workflows
- Collaborate on UI/UX improvements with design team
- Document technical specifications and create API documentation
- Present project progress to engineering leadership
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Django, Spring Boot)
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work 40 hours/week during summer term (May-August)
- Portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating coding projects
