What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Assist in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to define features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using industry best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in existing codebases to improve system performance.
- Contribute to technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++).
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to start in Summer or Fall 2024.
