We're seeking passionate Software Engineering Interns to contribute to cutting-edge projects while receiving mentorship from industry leaders. This immersive 12-week program combines hands-on development with professional growth opportunities in our Atlanta headquarters.
Our interns work on real-world applications in cloud infrastructure, AI integration, and full-stack development. You'll collaborate with senior engineers through daily stand-ups, code reviews, and technical workshops. The role includes dedicated learning time, networking events, and potential conversion to full-time positions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Python/Java
- Implement RESTful APIs and optimize database queries
- Participate in agile sprints using Jira and Git workflows
- Conduct unit testing and debugging for production systems
- Document technical specifications and deployment procedures
- Collaborate with UX designers on responsive web applications
- Present project outcomes to engineering leadership
Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and algorithm understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability for 40-hour/week commitment starting June 2024
- Portfolio demonstrating personal or academic projects
