Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program to qualify for college credit.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize performance.
- Participate in agile development sprints, code reviews, and architecture planning sessions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical requirements, APIs, and user stories.
- Research and prototype new features or technologies relevant to our product roadmap.
- Attend daily stand-ups, technical deep-dives, and team-building events.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, Go).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to debugging and testing.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High GPA (3.0+) and a passion for continuous learning.
