What You'll Do:
- Collaborative Development: Work alongside senior engineers to design, code, and deploy high-quality software applications.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, debug, and resolve complex software issues to improve system performance and stability.
- Documentation: Create clear, technical documentation for APIs, databases, and user features to ensure team knowledge sharing.
- Testing & QA: Assist in unit testing and quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards.
Who We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Programming Proficiency: Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and independently solve technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Participate in code reviews and agile sprint planning meetings.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues to improve application performance.
- Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, C++, or Java preferred).
- Eager to learn, adaptable to new technologies, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Austin, TX.
